Intensively trained and extensively traveled, Vicky Ratnani is currently the Culinary Director for Everstone Capital and is responsible for Harry’s Bar, a relaxed bar with tasty comfort food and great cocktails, all over India. He has also been a chef for the most prestigious ocean liner company – Cunard.
In his experience, Vicky has worked with 37 nationalities and has cooked for Queen Elizabeth, Nelson Mandela, Rod Stewart etc. He has developed a style of his own cooking where he believes, produce is king. Global influences, local ingredients and modern techniques are the trinity of his cuisines. He has also worked at restaurants like Aurus & Nido in Mumbai, considered among the top eateries in the country, where he created some out of the box food experiences.
Vicky is also a television personality, a platform he used to share his culinary delights for people to try at home. He has also authored a vegetarian cook book called ‘Vicky Goes Veg’, a cutting edge vegetarian cook book wherein world flavours meet local markets bringing in your homes. This book even won the prestigious Gourmand Award for Best Vegetarian Cook 2015.
